The initial six week program is $249 and the monthly membership after is $79 a month and can be canceled at anytime.

Tam's Fit Living Journey
At the end of 2023, I found myself stuck, feeling the effects of perimenopause and thinking about weight loss injections. But then, something unexpected happened—I ran into a friend on New Year's Eve who looked absolutely amazing. I had to ask her what she was doing, and she told me she was working with a fasting coach.
That conversation was a turning point for me. I immediately asked for the coach’s contact info, and the very next day, I signed up to work with them. This opened up a whole new world of possibilities, and I started researching different types of fasting. I quickly realized how powerful pairing the right nutrition with intermittent fasting and strength training can be, not just for weight loss but for overall health and healing.
As I embraced this new lifestyle, I began to feel incredible and ended up losing 36 pounds and 22+ inches! My joint pain has subsided, my posture has improved and at 46 I am stronger now than when I was a college athlete.
Now, I’m living a balanced lifestyle that includes:

• Carb cycling
• Tracking macros
• Daily 30-minute exercises
It’s been an amazing journey, and I’ve never felt better!

I’m 41 and a busy full-time working mom who has spent most of my life trying to find the perfect fitness routine—trust me, I’ve done it all! Hours of cardio, different diets, you name it.
